Software was not able to do as advertized. Spent 3 days reading troubleshooting and talking with the chatbot which kept disconnecting. Ended with 6 days of emails back and forth due to timezone differances where they offered 50% refund because i had an activated license. How do i purchase a subscribtion trough your software without activating it? Bogous, feels like you'll get scammed if the software doesn't do what you expect. In said emails they also continiously ignored my 2 points. 1. i had already accomplished the task with another software i'd purchased. and 2. id like a refund. Those two points were only addressed when mentioned 3 times across 3 days of emails. Terrible customer support experience, i will never come back to this company ever again.
