Unreliable
I’ve had the bike for 1 year, problems started about 4-6 months in, bike intermittently not starting, after much correspondence with service team they agreed to send out new parts which I had to pay a mechanic to replace. Bike worked for a bit then the same problems have reoccurred. Now duotts are saying my bike is over 1 year old so not under warranty. I just want this bike gone, it’s caused me so much hassle and money. I have no confidence in it. My advice is to give this brand a wide birth.
