Excellent customer service, but very shoddy app and web experience
Excellent customer service, Kudos to Pam who got back to me within one hour of my email. Purchased travel insurance online but payment type selection page was laggy. Ended up with error and was brought back to earlier page to retry. The repeated clicking caused me to have the date range wrongly selected. This was where the frustration began. Was prompted to download app, login and registration error, tried online browser login, the fields were empty and unable to select or edit... What happened to the app team?
