It has a strange installation process
It has a strange installation process. Without payment, it seems installation will be incomplete. I paid on their website. A website declares that the installation is successful. However, the App was never installed on my PC although I tried over a hundred times for several hours. The money got just wasted. I needed the service urgently. It seems that there is no comprehensive customer care service also. Who knows when the complaint will be addressed, if at all?
