We placed the order on 26 June and received the product on 30 July. However, there were some quality issues. The sintered stone had a small chip/damage mark, which did not appear to be caused during transportation as the product was packed very well. There were also some scratch marks, and the drawers were not properly aligned, requiring additional drilling and adjustments during installation. The installation manual provided seemed to be an older version and did not match the parts included, which made the assembly process more difficult. After completing the installation, we still had some extra screws and parts left over because the instructions were not fully accurate. Overall, we really like the design and appearance of the product, but we hope there will be better quality control and updated manuals in the future to improve the customer experience.
