Itune Gift card used code
Ordered, as many times before, a 100$ Itunes gift card. Got the code slightly delayed but it was sent eventually to my email address. Tried to redeem the code but it didn't work. Got the message that the code was already redeemed. Immediatly got in contact with livecards customer service. After many mails they promised to investigate the matter. It took almost a month of waiting and its virtually impossible to prove that it wasn't me who redeemed the code. Long story short, after a lot of frustration and communication they didn't compensate the code. Be careful before ordering I Tunes gift card codes because there is no way of proving that you never got the 100$. I will never again do business with this company.
