I ordered a pair of riding boots a couple of weeks ago and the website claimed free 3-5 day shipping. That time frame came and went so I started reaching out to them last week. Yesterday I received the following (AI?) response: Sorry to keep you waiting so long. Your order has been designed well and is in manufacture process now. Will let you informed of the tracking number when it’s shipped. Thanks for your patience in advance! So, I ordered these boots for a one-off party that is tomorrow. Obviously they won't arrive in time. So my only course of action is go on any site I can to leave a shitty post. Don't waste your money.
