Poor customer support.
**update may 10th** **another copy and paste response of "sorry not sorry" from Ask & Embla. I have been emailing back and forth for over a month and each response has been another version of "wait and see if it shows up" or "tracking unavailable" with a flat out refusal of a refund. I have contacted their shipper who have told me they have zero tracking for my package and it won't be arriving. Why can't I just get a refund? This company is a straight up scam. Their prior response is just an attempt to take the conversation out of a public forum so they can continue taking people's money.** Packages are not adequately tracked (if they're shipped at all) Customer support is almost non existent outside of canned "copy and paste" paragraphs. You will not be issued repalcements or refunds for items that never arrive or are not shipped in the first place. I would not recommend shopping with Ask & Embla unless you're comfortable gambling with your money.
