Terrible but got resolved after contacting BBB
Terrible. I ordered a air hose reel over 2 months ago. They changed original March ship date a few times. After talking to customer service rep the other day, I get the following email. I purchased it on their website for their published price. I have order confirmation email. Guess my only recourse is BBB. Here is their email: "This email is in regards to your order #22976310 which has been cancelled due to price discrepancy. If you have any further questions/concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. Thank you, Melissa Sutari" They delivered the item after I opened an incident with the BBB
