Very slow to respond customer servicer
Ordered boots for the wife and I but the wife's boots didn't fit. Tried to setup a refund but no one will get back to me on the web site, via phone, on tic tok. I'm afraid to send the boots back because I honestly don't think I'll get my money back. UPDATE: Someone finally got back to me and I was able to return my boots for a full refund.
