Daily Backup Subscription Page (Acronis in Cpanel) is not working, showing an error. Before that issue, sometimes the backup went disappeared automatically. Need to wait a long time to fix it. So, back up your website manually. You trust the backup and you didn't back up your website, suddenly the website is down or experiences a malware attack or something, and if the daily backup is not available, you got a headache. I have created tickets (6 or 7 times) about that issue. I don't get any response. So, I talked to the live chat agent to create tickets. The agent replied that he will create it, but till now, no response to my email. Seems like the company experiencing technical errors with backup or shortage of manpower or a shortage of competent staff.
