Resolution of technical/accessibility issue.
Recently, over 2-3 days I had multiple cordial exchanges via e-mail with Sakshi Signghania from Seeking Alpha's Customer Services Department in order to resolve a very frustrating technical/accessibility issue. From start to end Sakshi remained calm, focused, endlessly patient, always very polite and considerate, determined, highly professional and technically skilled until the issue was successfully resolved.
