Trail camera only works for 4 months ....
Bought a trail camera in February 2023 - very poor WiFi connectivity but persevered without it. Recently camera has an error message "memory card missing" even though a card is inserted , also tried with different card - no success. Reported to KF who offered a discount from a new one , when this was declined - then said I would need to return to China for repair but would need to pay shipping costs to send and return . Company does not conform with UK Sale of Goods act regarding fault goods even though within 4 months of purchase. Avoid and buy from UK company - lesson learnt! # In response to your reply - I only used the memory card you provided and this worked for some time - I tried a different card when the error message appeared to see if the card was faulty but it was not . The fact remains - the camera has a fault -you do not stand by your warranty and therefore do not conform with the UK Sale of Goods Act. Buyer beware.
