The software is working fine for my use case. Furthermore I appreciate the responsiveness of the support. Due to hardware change my license stop working. Within 24 hours the issue was fixed. The re-registration was taken care off by customer support.
FlipBuilder (Flip PDF Pro) has lost its license information and I was not able to reactivate it. The Customer Support was very responsive and sorted out the problem almost immediately.
FlipBuilder is an excellent easy to use tool to convert PDF in "flippable" online brochures. Easy to use and having a lot of options. The support (by Lynn Tang) is simply great. Responsive and with greta competence. It would be even better, if FlipBuilder had an API to customize embed the FlipBook more tightly in an existing website.
