Error concerning payment, and lack of communication (possible scam)
I placed an order on their website on April 28 and paid through Trustly, which processes payments via bank transfer. After completing the payment, the site confirmed it was successful and told me to refresh the page. However, after refreshing, it still showed “payment pending,” and a day later, the status hasn’t changed. I’ve contacted the customer support email listed on their site but haven’t received any reply. Another thing is that the money already has been withdrawed from my bank account. I’m very concerned about where my money is, and I’m frustrated by the lack of response. Think twice before ordering from here.
