Bait and switch
Absolutely do not book through these guys. I chose a particular itinerary through the website as alternatives through airline directly were a few thousand dollars more. After making the booking request, I get an email that they need time (up to 24 hours) to actually make the reservation and, wait!, The fare went up by $1500! Then trying different dates, carriers, etc to make a sale when I am asking to just have them cancel the booking request as they cannot actually fulfill what I booked on the website. Don't use this service - many other similar situations if you google their history.
