Horrible cust service. Item not received
So far - cust support has not helped. I sent an email explaining that the item was delivered to the wrong address. I live in California, it was delivered to New Hampshire- on the other side of the country. I got an email telling me that it had been delivered and to check with my neighbors. This is not an acceptable response. If you are using AI, it isn't working,
