Outstanding service and delivery from Queena
I recently had the pleasure of working with Mainland to produce and deliver my hardback Art book, and I am thrilled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience. Here's a breakdown of my journey: Pre-Production: Right from the start, the printing company impressed me with their knowledge and expertise. Design and Proofing: The collaborative design process was seamless. Regular updates and proofs were provided, allowing me to provide feedback and make any necessary revisions. Production: I was blown away by the exceptional quality of the printed pages. The colors were vibrant, the images were sharp, and the overall presentation exceeded my expectations. Customer Service: One aspect that truly set this printing company apart was Queena an exceptional contact. She was always responsive, patient, and willing to address any queries or concerns I had promptly. In conclusion, my experience working with Queena throughout the process of producing and delivering the Muesumshardback book was nothing short of outstanding. She not only delivered a high-quality product but also made the entire journey an enjoyable and rewarding one. I trust I will return.
