Card declines and credits are gone
Card declines and credits are gone. Didn't get to see the movie. No customer service whatsoever. Have been waiting 5 days for a response, still NOTHING. Loved it at first - maybe they are out of business and didn't tell anyone? They finally responded. They restored the credits and gave me extra for the inconvenience.
