Highly recommended - purchase recommendation
As an Austrian company, we have made several purchases from XTOOL. Unfortunately, their online system cannot process VAT-exempt orders. However, Lily from the support team has always been able to assist us promptly. Correcting invoices and refunding the VAT has been hassle-free. Overall, we are very satisfied with XTOOL. Deliveries are always prompt, and the quality of their products is excellent. We can always rely on a reliable processing of our orders. The customer service is commendable as well. The communication with the support team has always been friendly and efficient, with Lily, in particular, addressing our concerns in a timely manner.
