Too Firm – Caused Shoulder Issues/Pain.
Want to know why most mattress companies give you a 120 day trial? Because it usually takes longer than that to develop problems. I knew something was up with our Hybrid Firm Winkbed Mattress, but I couldn't put my finger on it. Unfortunately, I lost track of time and reached out to them 1 day late (121 days after purchase…what are the chances?). Their customer service team wasn't willing to be flexible. The mattress is not good for side sleepers, and I can't recommend it in good conscience. It's caused me and my wife too much shoulder/neck pain. Go with a brand that offers a 365-day trial.
