Elegoo does not post low stars reviews, which happened for me with my Mars 3 Pro, and possibly is common for Orange Mega. It takes a lot of time to get Elegoo support attention. But when you finally get it they really help. Printers print great, but machine quality is terrible. Mars arrived broken, Saturn has some problems with touch screen
