Good carrier for our AI voice setup
We’re building AI booking agents using Vapi and needed local numbers for the UK, Germany and the Netherlands. We previously used Twilio but the number coverage and pricing didn’t make much sense once we started adding more markets. Connecting didlogic through SIP took us a few hours. The documentation wasn’t perfect and we needed help with the outbound caller ID setup, but their engineer joined a call and walked us through it. We’ve been running in production for about four months now and call quality has been very consistent. Transfers from the bot to our human team are also working properly. The portal could be more intuitive tbh, but the actual voice infrastructure does what we need.
