We recently visitedExceptional Service from Dolphin Union – Highly Recommended for Beijing Visitors! Beijing and used…
We recently visited Beijing and used Dolphin Union to organize our trip to the Great Wall of China and a separate transfer to Universal Beijing. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free – all thanks to our fantastic organizer, Hansong. Hansong was incredibly responsive and easy to contact via multiple platforms, including WeChat, which made communication seamless. When unexpected weather changes affected our Great Wall plans, he went above and beyond to offer alternative options and ensure our trip still went ahead. His dedication to making our experience enjoyable was clear throughout. What really stood out was the efficiency of the entire process. Hansong provided all the necessary details about our drivers and their vehicles in a group chat, which made everything feel organized and reassuring. He even checked in with us during the day to make sure everything was going smoothly. The service was not only friendly and professional but also very reasonably priced. We felt well taken care of and appreciated the personal touch Hansong brought to the experience. I would highly recommend Dolphin Union to anyone visiting Beijing. Whether you're planning a trip to iconic landmarks or theme parks, Hansong and his team will make sure it's a memorable and hassle-free experience.
