Long claims processing time
Long turn around time for simple accident claims on multiple occasions. (double the length of time Prudential claims on their website to be the turn around time for simple claims) For the latest claim and payout, agent assured me that the claims department said it would be processed within 5 days (it had already been more than a month). On the 5th day, agent told me that the claims department cannot process the claim because the in house doctor is on leave till a week later. Considering I had submitted my claim almost 6 weeks prior, the doctor being on leave is a poor excuse for further delay.
