Ordered 2 x dvd players (£180) on offer. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Never received the order as the delivery company put it in rubbish & parcel wasn’t left with neighbour which wasn’t company fault. However contacted immediately to sort & continuously asking me to wait they’ve raised a dispute with evri , I waited and waited and now 3 weeks later they have stopped communicating with me altogether haven’t heard back from several emails in a week! Will not update me on this evri claim which doesn’t take this long I’m unsure if they even made it. I’m two dvd players down and £180! I am now having to try claw my money back Disgusting service never again.
