I bought a Lumen years ago and now they automatically charged me $300. The product didn't work for me. I didn't sign up for continued use & this is years later. I upgraded the review from 1 star to 3 stars. After my review, they did refund my money. Very glad they responded to my review. I had already sent a support ticket but didn't get a response until I posted this review. No explanation as to why this happened. The good news, I got my money back. Thanks!!!
