This company say that they have a 7day money guarantee but refuses to refund me. There is absolutely no help until you request a refund. Its also a scam. I purchased a month subscription and could not retrieve files from mac. I have spent over $300 on this product and within 24 hours requested a refund. This waste time. The process for scanning for hours. And then you can not preview the *recovered files* even adobe cant recognize it. I have spent 48 hours of hell trying to sort out the issue. Do not waste your money. And do not think they stand by their policy of 7day money back guarantee. But quick to say you need a premium subscription to *view* the files. I ended up buying a month and yearly prescription.... This is the worst customer support system with automated responses. They are playing for time now for the 7days. I had to go to professional company to retrieve files. Please pay back my refund. Im sure you can retrieve word documents but not raw files.... keep in mind to advertise a money back guarantee to catch you. Take your money. And refuse to refund. I dont understand what the issue is when on their policy it states if there is a technical issue they will refund you. Points: 1: take advantage of your situation 2: false advertising 3; make you buy a premium subscription 4: no help 5; send articles and jump around on results. Impossible to comunicate. Only automatic responses. 6; refuse to pay back refund. I will post every day a review. Until i have been refunded.
