I ordered 2 items March 2023 hoping they would arrive before my 40th birthday party in April as I was confident it would since it states delivery 7-21 days. I have been emailing and receiving almost the same automated email. I also noted discrepancies with emails for e.g one email it stated my order was dispatched then lost, it had been sent, to wait patiently as it is a popular order. I requested to receive my money back and I got a reply they will charge me 15%. We are in June 2023 nearly July and order has not arrived, still states awaiting shipment. Extremely disappointed. Not recommend shopping on this site.
