Unrealized potential.
Peloton captured my exercise routine completely for a few years. The quality of the rides and instructors was great. I really enjoy the classes. Unfortunately this is a product with unrealized potential. One of many suggestions: if you’re going to allow or encourage followers and friends to connect do something with it. Build community. Chat functionality during the ride, syncing up for pre care group rides, friendly challenge based competitions. You guys way missed the mark on social connection. I thought peloton would be my primary exercise forever, but I get more out of going to a spin class at the gym. Do better.
