High Increase in premium!
I have had them since my pup was 12 weeks old. They have been awesome covering prescription food and supplements for her liver condition when she turned 7. They reimburse fairly fast. Unfortunately my pup will be 9 in March and they took my 79.00 a month premium to 171.50!!!!!! that is why the 3 stars. They say it is not based on claims but on age and location only?????? but the increase is astronomical! and I could not afford it so I had to increase my deductible and could only get it down to 131.00 a month! Next year I can only imagine what they will do to me premium wise. Just in shock.
