I had purchased the incorrect motorcycle insurance and requested for a refund. Clear instructions provided when I reached out via the hotline on 26 Jun 2023. Unfortunately I did not recall her name but thank you for the patience and assurance that a full refund was possible. I then followed her instructions and was contacted by Grace Chong via email days after. Glad that emails were replied promptly and it was a smooth and easy process. I would certainly consider to purchase FWD insurance again. Thank you!
