the customer service was something like… UNHELPFUL
the customer service was something like ive never seen... so not helpful and unprofessional. they can drive a normal person to insanity. they told me to email my advisor. i said that i knew that she wouldnt respond.... and guess what??? I WAS RIGHT!! she didnt respond. when i reached back out to them, they were still saying that she will respond. i still await that day
