Awful customer service, order never shipped
Awful customer service, order simply never got handled and just got stuck as "confirmed" for weeks. All support has to go through forms and wait times are extremely long. Everything feels archaic and anti-consumer about the official website and the way they conduct business. If you must buy a nanoleaf product DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE.
