SCAM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU CANCEL YOUR FREE TRIAL
DO NOT USE THEM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY EVEN IF YOU CANCEL I had a 7 day FREE trial, which I cancelled within the 7 days. They converted my account early and processed the payment before this had even ended!! They've admitted to charging me early and still refusing to refund! Their email states - The subscription was initially started with our 7-day free trial, and the renewal was automatically processed after the trial period ended because the subscription remained active at that time. THIS IS A LIE! I cancelled on the 7th day and they had already changed my account and charged me. Paypal transaction shows that they had charged the payment 9 hours prior to the trial ending. I just hope that PayPal will review all the evidence i have provided and refund me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR YOUR RIGHTS.
