Had a great experience
I had an excellent experience working with Robert and Frank at Logura for my website. They were calm, polite, and patient, accommodating my learning curve in this industry. Their responsiveness to emails, calls, and texts was impressive. They offered valuable suggestions and products which would be an additional add on cost for me. This caused a delay in receiving my website. However they quickly adjusted to my request and got everything back on track. Gathering information was challenging for me, but I appreciate their support as I continue to learn and evolve. Overall, I'm very pleased with the outcome and look forward to future updates from Lagura. I really appreciate their impeccable customer service. The entire team always spoke to me in a calm and patient manner, consistently demonstrating professionalism in all our communications. This made a significant difference for me.
