Great Customer Service
My firepit was a complete DIY project. Problem was that I really didn't know what I was doing. I had many, many questions about using propane as fuel. Scott Nunes was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and guiding me through the construction. He made spot-on recommendations and provided all the technical information that I needed. Scott responded quickly and thoroughly to all of my questions. Starfire Direct sells quality products and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.
