No connection to warehouse
Website is good and gives an impression of a global brand. But it's not connected to their warehouse. For some reason also if something is missing customer support doesn't try to address it automatically, they wait for you to write to them. It took me 2 week and 1 day for the goods to be dispatched (from China).
