I ordered a replacement battery for an old and dead tablet by quoting the reference number on the batteries' label. Battery shop asked me to verify the tablet make, then the size and wiring of the battery. They then told me I had ordered the wrong type and would send a correct battery. It arrived within a few days and works perfectly so the old tablet has a new lease of life. I was very impressed by the attention they took to ensure that I would get the correct battery. The packaging and speed of delivery were also excellent.
