They repeatedly sent me links with no file attached
They repeatedly sent me links to my ordered manual that had no file attached, so I asked for the file in PDF. Eventually they provided an OEM manual in software format requiring me to download several apps to read the large files that didn't even have the information needed to make my repairs ... only diagrams and lists of OEM part numbers. After several days and emails they repeatedly declined to offer a refund but instead insisted on having remote access to demonstrate the manual. Due to the delays caused and a deadline to have the car roadworthy; we eventually had to give the car to a mechanic. Very disappointed in the service, my wasted time and no refund for a useless manual ... I don't recommend this service. Footnote .... after their reply below and my complaint to PayPal; a full refund was offered on the condition I return 'mailed' the manual back to them. Of course this is not physically possible so I 'returned their email links'. No refund was paid!
