Product not received
Product (genesis crystals for genshin impact) not received after payment sent. Fault was allergely due to high traffic load on the site, which is unacceptable. No notification or update was given until enquiry was made, with delayed responses and no compensation given. Have yet to receive the product I paid for, very disappointed.
