Excellent Customer Service
A word of thanks and grateful appreciation to Emma Locke of CopperSmith's Customer Service Department. I came to Emma with questions concerning a mysterious stain on a countertop I thought had been manufactured by CopperSmith. It turned out not to have been of their manufacture but Emma was most helping me identify the material (unvarnished brass) and helping me learn how to restore and clean the finish, in may case using Brasso and very fine steel wool (000 grade).
