I had no issues with the order, other than fedx was a day earlier than est, so i got it day after scheduled. Better than leaving it at gate... Packaging was in great shape, well done. Set up was easy and clear. Improvements: 1. Have an EZ button to avoid lenghty setup times so you dont have to wait half hour on startup for consecutive runs. They do have parameter changes, but changing back n forth isnt efficient. 2. Tons of waste on color changes, so make sure to utube how to reduce this. Also, after first test run the next thing to print is a poop chute.
