Predatory Website Design
Checkout page says items are in your cart when they aren't! You can update the quantity of some items, and the cart price will update, making you think they are in your order, but they aren't. When you checkout and pay, you'll notice the items aren't on your invoice. So, you have to pay extra to get everything you thought you were ordering! Predatory website design. Also because of this issue, it appeared their charms are the same price as Vograce -- no, actually their charms are much more expensive. Contacted support and they would not re-do, cancel or refund the order. Very disappointed. Back to Vograce I go!
