Return policy is horrendous
Return policy is horrendous. At first they kept trying to offer me partial refund and credits. Finally got an address with a form. Had to pay for shipping, put tracking info on form and put the form inside the package, after taking a photo of the form and emailing it to them! Geez! We'll see if I get my money back.
