I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite the company clearly stating a “cancel at any time” policy, I’ve had to chase repeatedly for a refund. I contacted them within an hour of subscribing to cancel, only to be told they had already “prepared things”, which is baffling considering all they did was glance at my website. I highly doubt that justifies a £70 charge! The service description was vague and misleading, with no clear breakdown of what the package included. I had to reach out just to get the basic details. Once I understood what was actually being offered, I immediately requested to cancel, yet that request was dismissed. Overall, this feels like a scam. The lack of transparency and poor customer service make it a very frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.
