Shopping on line for clothes can be an issue because of the returns. Shipping costs more than the item usually, because I had a damaged item that I did not like I thought I would be out of luck. Customer service was quick to answer, took care of the problem and issued me a credit. I am very pleased as the order was nine pieces which were all great. Sizes can vary quite a bit because of style.
