If I could give it -1 stars I would do it, for various reasons. They offer products that are not available, you place an order and then they write to you to tell you that half of the order you made is not available. The merchandise does not arrive on time, they damage your inventory, they debit your payment at the moment and then tell you that the merchandise does not exist or that it will take too long to do. They don't look for options to keep the customer satisfied or to try to compensate for the damage. They simply give you back a part of the money and solve as much as you can. To this add that the merchandise on many occasions comes of very poor quality, broken, dirty and poorly made. Really disappointed.
