The driver thought we were only 2 when…
The driver thought we were only 2 when we were 4 as indicated when booking. He didn't have a trunk big enough for our 4 suitcases (also specified on your site) and he had to ask a taxi to pick us up. I doubt that this other driver could have been reimbursed because our reservation number did not seem to suit him. He expected a number starting with 9xxx and not 4xxx
