I purchased a doll from this company…missing items
I purchased a doll from this company and an add on item ( clothes set B) for extra money. I received the doll but didn't receive the add on item. Now I just keep getting the run around concerning my add on. Clearly I'm not going to get what I purchased. I sent them a pic of the doll and my order confirmation so that they could see I actually did purchase an add on item to go with the doll. They keep telling me to send them clear pictures of the sku and label of the missing items. I can't send them pics of a sku of items that I didn't receive. They keep saying that I said that there was something wrong with the doll. No, I said I'm missing items that I paid extra money for. Now let me just say that the doll I received was not the doll that was pictured. However I do actually like the doll that I got. After reading other reviews I feel thankful to a certain extent that I actually got a cute doll. I'm just going to take the loss on the missing item. I actually found the exact clothes set on Amazon. I will never order from this company again. Their customer service is a joke to say the least. Wanted to give an update. It's July 22. I came home from work tonight and was quite surprised to see that they sent me the missing item. I'm still not happy about the fact that it took several emails and a bad review to get what I paid for. At least they did finally send it.
